Crossloop
Crossloop will allow ‘helpers’ to connect remotely to your PC and resolve issues for you. By downloading a small application you can get help from people all over the world, 24 hours a day. The software is completely free and you agree the payment terms with your helper before any work is carried out. An access code is generated for every new session, so once the helper has disconnected no one else will be able to access your PC unless you give them a new access code.
