I am familiar with many types of PC systems, laptops, and associated peripherals operating in a Microsoft® Windows® environment.
In addition to this I can assist with queries and problems relating to, but not limited to; Networking, Wireless (WiFi), Firewall configuration, Routers/Switches/Hubs, Hardware Upgrades, Software installation, Hard Drive recovery, Anti-Virus protection & Virus removal, Printers/Peripherals, PC Servicing and PC Repairs.
I operate within a 30 mile radius of Newbury and can visit your home or business. I don't charge for call out within a 15 mile radius of Newbury and quite often will be able to assist remotely; providing your internet connection is functional.

Remote Support
Providing you have a working internet connection, I can connect to your PC remotely to diagnose and fix many types of issues you may be encountering; from simple email set ups and software queries to fault finding and repair.
This is all achieved through a small application called Crossloop, which you will need to have installed on your computer before I can connect.
